thanks for a great weekend im sure everybody would agree with me that it was an unreal weekend.
I couldnt thank you enough for your hospatality, the great food, great spa, the lovely dogs, great jam sessions to listen too on banjo and guitar and great day riding even though it was cut short a bit. I think  my arse had enough anyway.
I know how much everyone loved it and spoke about it the whole way home and today via msgs, it was just great.
If i can trouble you for the recipes of the eggs benedict, the tomato soup, the thai green curry and the pizza homemade bases. If this is to much trouble then dont worry about it, but im quite a keen cook and thought your cooking was unbelivable and one of the highlights of the weekend and everyone else agrees.
 
Once again thankyou very much and hope you have a very merry xmas and happy new year.

It was so great to meet you all on the weekend.  We were thinking on the way home, that is must be really strange for the bus driver to see us on Friday night, all timid and quiet to each other… and then when he comes to pick us up less that 48 hours later… we are all hugging each other goodbye and laughing!
 
Thanks for the email Tony - we miss Trudy and Ben already (and you and your cooking too, of course)!  Good luck with your New Zealand plans, let us know on your website if/when you do leave and what you plan to set up over there.  That way, we can organise a trip over to NZ once we go home to Australia!
 
Niza - Good luck with your exam(s) - you'll make it this time 'round. ;)
Josh - We hope you land that ideal IT job so that drinks REALLY are on you next time!  Also - we found some 'tool' music on our laptop...
Alison - Have lots of fun on the rest of your travels.  We are proud of you for surviving a weekend with 6 crazy Aussies (and a pretty bad fall off of a moving horse). :)
Jane - Keep those little mongrels in line, and keep up the 'football' / soccer practice and all of your extensive travelling!
Rob - We have evidence of your pleasure while getting Trudy to root/hump/pump Ben.  Remember that we may need to bribe you in the future with these photos if we ever run short of funds.
 
If any of you want to catch up in London, we'd love to see you all again.  There is a fantastic and cheap Mexican place near us (not that it will beat Tony's cooking) that is always good for a big feed and sangrias.  We live right near the Clapham North tube station - or you can contact us on:

Thanks for the group e-mail. We can't stop talking about how good the trip was and partly becasue of your hospitality. The food was unbelieveable and the atmosphere was welcoming. Your dogs were unreal and would like to say thank you again for the trip. It wouldnt have been that great without ur friendly, down-to-earth service.
 
I know Troy e-mailed you about the receipes. I was wondering if it is not too much trouble if i can have the cake receipe that u made for Gem. It was sensational. Undoubtably the best cake I have eaten.
 
Thanks again for an unreal weekend. Tanya and Kathryn also enjoyed it. It was a perfect ending to Tanya  London trip before she heads back to Oz.

On behalf of Gerard and I, I just wanted to thank you again for a brilliant weekend.  The horse riding was just fantastic and the scenery stunning – although I don't think I've ever been so sore!!  Oh and that Jacuzzi was just what the doctor ordered!!  And not to mention your outstanding cooking, what a treat, my favourite was your pumpkin soup – would you mind sending us the recipe…?  I can see ourselves serving that up in the chalet after a hard day's skiing – and we'd most definitely give you credit for it and recommend your trip to our guests!!  So thanks once again Tony and best of luck with everything.

I'm back in Aus now. I am staying with my parents at the moment. A bit
challenging at times but it's nice to be home. I have had a month off work
so I'm ready to start looking for new job. I don't know where yet.
Eventually Melbourne but I might find temp work until Christmas. Somewhere
remote or near a beach is sounding good at the moment.
 
Your Christmas trip sounds fantastic. I have one question though - is it
actually possible to cook & eat more than on a standard weekend at your
place?? I remember it being constant when I was there!

I am writing to let you know that we are leaving the UK, Christmas and New Year will be spent somewhere in the heart of Sth America this year.

We never did make it back over for another weekend, but just wanted to say "thanks" again for your hospitality on the trip we did attend. We had only just arrived in the UK, and it was our first 'splurge' (still on Aussie dollars!) and we enjoyed every moment. We have recommended you to other friends...and also noticed a lovely spread in the TNT magazine, which we've been reading online since moving from London. Nice one! Hope it brought about a lot of new business.

Thanks so much for a fabulous weekend. It was so nice to escape London for
a few days and do something different. You were a most gracious and
generous host - not to mention an amazing chef! - and I'm sure no one could
fail to have a good time with such top class hospitality. I think you've
got a great little business going there, it'll be a shame if you bring it
to an end, but we all have to move on to fresh challenges when we feel it's
time, taking the good memories and the things we learnt with us. Let me
know before you hang up your boots though as I might try and come again
before too long - would love to get a sunny day and go for a really good
gallop!

Well that was certainly a lovely email from you! I had SUCH a great weekend - the riding was up there with the best I've ever done, the food was incredible, the hot tub served to ease my aching butt muscles and the company was fabulous. I'm glad you consider our group one of the more memorable ones, as I think it really was.

And all the best for your move to the Land of Kiwis, I have a feeling you'll do very well down there!! Plus I'll be looking you up when I lose my mind and decide to go bungee jumping.....

Good luck with quitting smoking too. I'm on my last 35 days...

Thanks for a great weekend of food, alcohol, horse riding and hot tubbing. Was lots of fun. Maybe time to invest in some sturdier tables as you said, with all that dancing on them ha ha :)

Made some fun new friends and memories although some of the memories are blurred from copious amounts of alcohol and drinking games.
 
The bbq on the Sunday night was fantastic - told my Mum how much i ate and she couldnt believe it he he
