It is very common for people to arrange a party group here for many reasons, birthdays, anniversaries, social networking, Hens and stags or for no reason at all, but mostly because we have everything here a group needs, including excellent food, hot tub and a relaxed atmosphere. In order to make this a private trip you will need to have at least 12 people or 16 Max. Activities available are horse riding, paint-balling, hill walking, go-carting and Zorbing. It is possible for your group to do 2 different activities, but not recommended. The best thing for you to do is ring us to discuss details and prices as we will endeavour to accommodate you the best way we can. We can pick you up in any location in the UK. We promise that the food is excellent and cooked by a highly trained chef.

The cheapest option is with no activity £140, you could just party for the whole weekend, do a pub crawl, relax in the tub. An average price per person with 1 or 2 activities might be around £185- £240, which would include, return transport from your location, 2 nights accommodation, all food and activities, no hidden extras, only alcohol is not included. We can also arrange for more up market accommodation as there are several very nice Hotels in the area. Our accommodation is mostly dorms but with 2 double or twin rooms. The house also has disco lights, good sound system and karaoke for your partying pleasure. We have no problems if you wish to do fancy dress on Saturday night.
Our mini coach is a high spec Mercedes with air-con and seat belts.
We can arrange 3 types of Zorbing, or a combination of all 3: 2 person harness, 1 person hill roll and water zorbing. average cost £50pp for 3 rolls.
Go Carting: This can be either indoor or outdoor, but we do advise that indoor is better, if its wet, outdoor tracks are very slippery. average price is £65 pp.
Paint balling prices vary dramatically as it depends on how many balls you use. allow around £60-100 pp.
